On 26th April, we visited Ranuja Nagar to distribute sanitary pads and promote menstrual hygiene. We introduced the concept of menstrual cups, highlighting their benefits as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional menstrual products. Through open discussions and education, we aimed to empower women with knowledge and options for better menstrual care.
